UIF- PLEASE PAY MY BILLS AS YOU CANNOT GIVE ME MY MONEY ON TIME AND NO ANSWER AS TO WHY. THANK YOU

I call the UIF offices in Phoenix Durban to no avail and then I call the head office for assistance as I did not receive any payment from the UIF for March. We are now approaching the end of April and rent needs to be paid. I go to the offices only to be told that there is a delay and it should take ten working days, its been 3 weeks later and still no help. The consultant I spoke to today from the head office around 1:45pm hung up, so which ever way you look there isnt an answer from anyone. So who can we ask for help???????????Please do let me know....
