uif payout demise

<p>I thabiso mokoena was employed for 3 years and was dismissed by my employer on the 17th of November 2016.</p> <p>I app**** for uif benefits on the 25th of January 2017, it is now 5 months since I app**** but there is no payout.</p> <p>Every time I try to call the call centre, it's just waste of airtime because they never ever pick up the phone, and if I'm lucky to get through, I get promises of being paid out but the money is still not getting paid.</p> <p>I wonder why it's so hard for uif to pay but very easy for them to collect every month.</p>
