UIF PAYOUT

I never got my UIF payout in February and it's almost the end of March now and I still haven't been paid. I went to their offices several times and each time I have to sign a form but nothing happens. They don't even give me the reason for the delay. I'm now frustrated because I am a pensioner and I really need that money.
