UIF payout

<p>Good day,</p> <p> </p> <p>Please assist my sister and many other people wake early in the morning around 03:00 - 04:00am to bit the government offices ques. My sister has been going there since the beggining of this year to apply for her UIF, the staff at these offices are nothing but rude, no assistace what so ever from them, everytime their systems are offline with less consideration of the poor people who wake up early in the morning in bad weather risking their lives to go cue the as they use public transport.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please can someone advise who long it takes for the UIF payments to be paid out to respective people, this is people who are out off jobs depending on the little money they will receive for survival. Everytime my sister goes there it's only to sign some paper that provides a date for the following month to do the same process. i sometimes wonder why is technology there in the first plays.</p> <p> </p> <p>last month she received an sms that the money will be in her account 7 days after but to date nothing still. She went there again this morning she was there at 03:00am only to be informed around 10:00am that the systems are offline as ussual, and the announcement to the offline systems was only communicated once people started complaining.</p> <p> </p> <p>please can minister Malusi Gigaba intervene in such matter these are our Fathers, Mothers, Sisters and Brother who face this on a daily basis.</p> <p> </p> <p>Sometime i dont blame people why they end up taking theit frustration to the street,</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
