UIF PAYOUT

I have submitted my form for payment on the 21st of June, i have not received payment till date, all i get when i call the call center number is to go to the unemployment center i have app**** at, all they tell me is that they do not know whats the hold up with payment, i have been visiting them almost every 2nd day to find out about payment with no joy, no one can assist with my query. they are useless and do not think how people depend on that money.
