UIF payments

I started pension on the 1st August 2022. I am still waiting for my UIF payments. After numerous queries and requests I still have not had any response from The Department of Labour. I received an SMS on the 20 April 2024 which stated that my request will be processed within 5 working days, did it happen? No, it did not. The following case numbers was issued to me, ***, ***, C-***, C-***, C-***, C-***. No progress whatsoever on my payments.
