UIF Payments

I just want to know why Government has stopped UIF payments to people that were registered before lockdown? They only paying out to people affected by the Corona virus. This is ridiculous, as most of the people that rely on UIF are totally out of income. Those affected by the Corona virus at least got their salaries until the start of lockdown. I know it is a waste of time doing this post, as no UIF office is open or taking calls. They only respond if you worked until the lockdown started. Utterly disgusting as they went as fas as to advise the people to deliver their forms in a dropbox, situated at all UIF offices. Guess what? When you get there, no boxes exist!!!! Disgusting, to say the least!!
