Uif payment taking too long

I'm very angry regarding my uif I did claim at labour centre Maponya mall since January 2023 & was approved January but still I have not received any single payment ,was told that my application is on vendor on hold by the lady Bella & I must wait 3 months but it's been 6 months and nothing I have been following up at Maponya & also at call centre & everything that I'm supposed to submit but still nothing.Im unemployed single mother ,I need that money it's mine.Im very very angry.I need help ASAP or maybe will go to (media)
