UIF PAYMENT STILL OUTSTANDING AFTER 5 MONTHS

So up untill now, about 5 months later after our application for uif started, we still have no payment. I have called numerous times, now the acknowledge that the payment is due, all is in place, bit we just dont receive our payment. When I send emails, I only get automated responses. This is bull****. They get away with everything and nothing is done about this.
