UIF payment query

My Name is Thabisile Mncwango.Kindly assist my husband did a uif claim on the 07.03.2024,He was assisted by Labour department in Chatsworth.The lady assisted him told him that he is going to get paid for 9 months.My husband only received 1 payment,He then went to sign for the next payment and waited,unfortunatetly he did not receive his money.He phoned and did a follow up he was told that he is going to be paid his he must come and for the next month which was the third month,he waited but did not received his money for the second and third month.He phone the offices again and was told that his file is with the pay master waiting for approval at Peitermaritzburg,He was told to wait.He decided to contact the pay masters office and was told that it was a once off payment the funds is depleted.Kindly assist as my husband is not working.We want to know how he contributed towards the fund and please do a follow up for us my husband is depressed and he lost hope.please contact us on this numbers *** ID no:*** Date:07.03.2024
