UIF payment not received since March 2021

I'm very disappointed, sent my documents in in March. Received no feedback in June I phoned to find out what is going on and they updated there systems and lost my document I need to resend so I did and till today no feedback or payout its been since March and we are in Oct already I'm phoning in every week but no one can provide me with an answer as what en where my claim is only thay they will excalate it. No this is unacceptable.
