UIF PAYMENT NOT RECEIVED

On the 20.02.2019 i went to sign for my UIF Payment, Which after i left the system was updated and also the lady never captured it like all the other time. By the 28.02.2019 still no payment was received. So i call and was told that there was nothing captured for me, which meant for me to go back on the 01.03.2019. Now its 3 weeks and still waiting for payment. Absolutely shocking the way they handle this. Not a care at all
