UIF payment not forthcoming

I submitted an illness benefit in March 2022. On my profile it indicated that the claim was processed by an agent. When i followed up since May to date , all i get is someone will escalate and get a team leader to follow up . Im not allowed to speak to a manager. All i get is empty promises and no assistance. I urgently need the funds as im going to be short paid this month again. I emailed the complaints dept ***,***,***,***; ***/ NO ONE TAKES OWNERSHIP OR IS INTERESTED IN HELPING ME!!! i urgently need the funds to be paid not empty promises. I dont think im being unreasonable in my request it has been 5 months since i app****, your assistance in this regard would be appreciated.
