Uif Payment Delay

Department of labour Durban office including the Provincial office made my life so hard for the past 3 months. I have not received my payment from July. The people who were handling my case that have not been giving me feedback. Initially I was assigned to Sindi Nxumalo who is in the labour office in Durban and that was on the 7 August 2023 after a whole month of July without payment, I would phone Her to find out what is happening but She would always tell me that She has no feedback, after 3 weeks She referred me to Mpilo Khumalo who is in the provincial office Who was supposed to assist me but I would call, send emails without any feedback, He would tell me that He is also waiting for feedback. September is coming to an End and I still do not have feedback, no payment and when I call they don't pick up, when I go to their office in Durban CBD I'm told they are not there. I don't know what to do. I have been to the labor office for sometime but I don't get help and this is really getting to me.
