I started the process of my claim on June and it took 3 months to be approved after it was declined, I had to call every day to follow up on what was going on until it was approved and received my first payment on the 10th of September, I was only paid 31 days out of 121 days that is due to me so now I'm also struggling to get paid for the remaining balance I have sent continuation of payments twice and it was cancelled by paymaster and when u call to enquire what is the problem I receive the wrong information that I have to send the birth certificate, and when sent I was cancelled said I need to submit the medical certificate, I have been sending documents through their *** email and it's like no one is acknowledging the emails so if they say I need to send docs and they don't scan them on my profile what should I do? This people they don't know what they doing you can call the centre twice and you will be getting different stories from the agents, I think you need to train your people.
