Uif payment complaint

Hello I have a problem with Uif payment delaying..the first payment delayed which I gave it time and didn't panic..now the second payment is taking forever since the 16 July 2023 I received an SMS notifying that it will only take 5days but here I am not knowing what to do five days have been long gone and I need money for my needs..please help.
