Uif payment Complaint

Good day Iam Portia I app**** for Uif in February this year at department of labour vereeniging the service was excellent until my Uif payment was cut off in July this year so I called them they told me the was delay on the payment , july ended did not receive any payment so in August I called again the was a gentleman who took my I'd number promise he will help me he said I should wait for 2 weeks and I will receive my payment , 2 weeks passed the was nothing , in September I decided to go to department of labour vereeniging the was another gentleman who took my I'd and told I will receive the payment the following week still there was no payment , October called again find the same gentleman who promised to help me in August he told me the system were off line to call again after an hour I called after an hour but the phone just rang nobody answered my call , I call the following day same thing nobody answered,November I went there again I found the lady by the name of Tholoane she took my I'd number and told me to call her the following Wednesday I called her she told she was working outside she ask for my numbers and told me she will call me back once she was done outside a week passed never received a call from her , on the 1st of December i decided to call and ask for her but i did not get hold of her , so the person4 who was answering the phone ask me why i wanted to speak to her i told him the story , he ask for my I'd number he told me the money was finalised i should wait for 2 weeks , iam tired of these 2 weeks since July i being told the same thing i dont whether the department of labour in vereeniging want to assist or not.
