Uif payment

I app**** for my uif last year in November 2024. I was told to come back on 9 Dec 2024 to sign. I did. Waited for my money and didn't get it. I was due to sign again on 20 January 2025 for my second payment but I went back there on the 17th of January 2025 to be told thst my banking details were wrong and the money bounced back. Filled in a ui 49 form and waited. Apparently they tried again on the 23rd of January 2025 and it bounced again, same reason, wrong banking details, did not correspond with my name. Gave him my banking details for the third time towards the end of January, still no money because my bank details are still incorrect.

Who can help me and where can I report this. Right now I'm waiting for my money and I dont know if this person will punch in the correct number this time around.

Will I also be paid for the second month since I didn't sign because I had not received the first one. Who can help me
