UIF PAYMENT

My husband was retrenched in July 2015, all documentation were submitted to Randfontein offices on the 22nd July 2015 ( to be exact). up until today which is 6 months later he still hasn't received his money. If he doesn't go to their offices to enquire no one phones him for an update. His documents have been lost a few times between Randfontein &amp; their Head Office. Documents was resubmitted and got lost again as per confirmation from a Thabang Mahlangu on the 27th January ( per email) after i threatened to go to the media. I scanned the lost documents again on the same day so that the claim could be loaded , i demanded feedback before close of business but they ignore me flat.....My husband worked hard for his money and they don't even know how he survives, whether he has food to eat.....they just couldn't care....<br> <br> I think this is beyond pathetic!!!<br> <br> Anthea Africa<br> ***
