Uif paymaster is failing us

Good day I'm so disappointed with department of labour uif claims, I'm unemployed depending on Uif since I contributed for 11years but it only pays 4years but no problem that is law I can't change it. My pain is when I claim submitted my continuation of benefits but not receiving the payment, calling the call center you get different stories writing emails no respond month ends another is in the middle now still no payment. I submitted my continuation of benefits on the 31 of August 2023 paymaster close on the 10 September 2023 but until today no payment, I call the call center the consultant advised me to submit another continuation of benefits on the 29 September 2023, now when I call another consultant is tell me that because I submitted another continuation of benefits my money will be delayed second month without payment I'm not working, this department is failing us as unemployed people but this is our money we contributed it, is so painful to wait for two months not even knowing when you will receive your money, it is easy for those consultants to tell us to wait but the get their pay on time every month but us unemployed people we wait month without any payment 😢
