UIF Online vs UIF Offices

Online UIF is just a disaster, I've app**** this year early Feb. Those guys was taking me up and down. Doing call everyday with different explanations. Call Center people have no idea about that duty. I went to labour office to Re-apply. It took me 2 weeks as their system was always down but I was patient 😪. I was done with applications on Friday. They said I should come back next week Friday to check if it's approved, they were helpful and friendly. My experience with applications is that. Our previous companies are the one that fill in our documents incorrectly. I will come back next Friday to give some update on my application.
