UIF ONLINE SYSTEM .. HOPELESS

Second time going on Maternity leave...and not receiving UIF benefits I have contributed to since 2006. I have submitted my documents timesouly, UIF keep rejecting my UI19 form saying no bar code found document size incorrect yet there is nothing at all wrong with the document.. they have even responded with attached documents that does not belong to me but another applicant. The applicants personal information, banking details ..etc.. which just goes to show how their system is flawed and they declining claims purposeful. How is it possible that another applicant's scanned documents came to my email address ???
