UIF Online Claims showing "Sent to Paymaster"

I have been waiting for 2 months now to get payouts for applications done online. Every time I call the call centre, I get told that there is nothing they can do but to escalate the query. I have been calling every week since September and still get the same reply. Who else can one report this to?
