UIF Online application

I app**** for my UIF online since 04/10/2021 and still haven't received any form of communications from them and when I call in to find out the outcome of my application I can't seem to find any answers as all they say is they will escalate the matter till even today they can't even tell me what seems to be the issue with my application as they say all documents have been submitted and it is still sitting with the assessor and when I check online it say's that it was completed by the assessor on the 07/03/2022 but they still can't say what is the issue ,I called in and I spoke to an agent saying that it has been approved and sent through to pay master as I also received an email confirming that it was sent to the pay master ,then I called in again to find out if that means my application has been approved and unfortunately I spoke to a different person and it was a different story that it hasn't still been approved as my application is still with the assessor .
