Uif online

Uif online is non existent. I've app**** on the 11April already. Sent all my documents but no feedback. Have sent numerous emails without a response. Call the helpline with no answer. One time I hold on line for more than two hours. Uif online is suppose to be better and faster. Worst service ever.
