UIF officials are either unqualified or simply don't care!

I have registered for UIF benefits online in April 2020. Due to a technical issue, my account was blocked when I had to verify it with a password. Hundreds of emails have been written to the Department of Labour, however, not one of those precious officials bothered to contact me to rectify it. How in God's name must I register if nobody assists me? PLEASE HELP!!
