UIF office not doing their jobs

If possible I would give you less than 1 star

My husband was operated and due to no sick leave he was not paid. We app**** via UFiling and submitted all the documents. Claims are still not processed.

Worcester UIF office never answers a phone - they were supposed to be in Robertson twice already that my husband took off and stood in a line over 500m long and they just don't show up. My husband is at high risk, the doctor said if he contracts Covid he will DIE !! But still you make people stand in a que because you are not doing your jobs. Seriously pathetic.
