Uif office chatswoth

Chatswoth branch Nobody wants to answer the phone there. When you eventually get through,they dont want to help you,they want you to come there cause they lazy to go on the system. When I called other uif places,they went on the system,asked for my details and helped me. This guy at chatswoth refused,he couldn't even understand me. I cant keep going there,its way out of my way. He wants me to come there for something he can tell me over the phone and to sort out their mistakes. When asked for his managers number,he cut the call on me. These government workers are on a gravy train.. They think they doing us a favour,they getting paid for it,its their job..!!!
