UIF / notice of appeal - worst service ever

worst service ever. I've been waiting four months for any payment. every week just hear that they will escalate my application and that they are waiting for the notice of appeal department. there nothing happens, no emails UIF can't even give me any telephone numbers for them. for more than 20 years I've been paying them without claiming anything and now they don't want to give me my money. my rent has to get payed + all my other dt orders and they don't care id i'm waiting on the government... I'm not happy at all.
