uif not yet paid

I lost my job 31 march 2015 due to our company closed down. I went to uif offices in alberton queeing for 2 days until i get assisted. I was told to wait for 8 weeks and come back. So i went back today only to find that since april the last date on the ui19 was not captured correctly. On my form i wrote ***5 but they captured ***1 and that messed up the file. I only find out when i go there today. Whats the use of scanning our forms if they cant write what in there. Now am told to wait another 15 working days meaning 3 full weeks. What if when i go back its still not done right. Can you help me get my money adap please as i have kids to look after and all daily demands.
