UIF NOT RECEIVED

My daughter gave birth to a baby boy in September 2015. We've send all documents to James and he even come and collected his fee of R700,00. Up to date my daughter have not received her UIF money. I've contacted him and he said that I must please send her details via sms to him and he will follow up with the UIF offices. To date we haven't heard from him and if you phone him he just don't answer his phone.
