UIF not paying out Funds

I have app**** for my UIF since the 3rd week of January and I submitted all my UIF documentation in February 2021 via the link sent to me and I have Today has been my final nerve waiting. The contact center is no help at all as they can only give you information about which department is busy with my claim. And the department always seems to be at the Administration department. A ticket was opened in May 2021 and has still not been resolved. Up to today, you can even speak to a manager or any in charge.
