UIF Not paying out

Just before I went on Maternity Leave, I activated my UFiling account online via the Ufiling system. I have submitted all the relevant documents that was requested. I received a payment for ONE DAY. After that payment I had to click on Continuation of Benefits and submitted that form as well. On my profile status it said that the form was received and sent to the paymaster. I waited and waited and nothing happened. I sent them an email t the address provided online, but I still have not received a response from then, and this was sent more then 2 months ago.Eventually I phoned them and they said it was never sent to the paymaster and that he would do it immediately. And then I waited and waited and waited. This was for more then a month. I went back onto my profile and done the Continuation of Benefits again, only then I received an SMS on my phone saying that the payment would be finalized within 7-10 days. I am still waiting for my first monthly payment. When I logged back into my profile on UFiling, my status was changed to "Cancelled by Paymaster". I phoned them and their response was that the profile should be sent to the head office so that they can approve it. And I am still waiting. Its almost time for me to go back to work and I still have not received my first payment as to where I was supposed to get 4 months UIF pay. This is unacceptable!
