Uif not paying our money back

The worst thing someone can ever do is make you beg for your own money, we wholeheartedly make sure that every month our UIF is being contributed for times where we will need it the most. Their systems are always offline, the U filing app as well as USSD doesn't work almost every day, my account was locked for almost 6 months so i could not claim, then finally unlocked , i get to claim and it was approved awaiting payment, but got a sms saying my funds are depleted, i have emailed them 100 times but still no a single person called me back or even respond to my emails, we fight for money that belongs to us... real rocks *****ing our money that we worked so hard for
