UIF Not paying as it should.

The worst possible experience ever. Was retrenched 12 months ago. To date still no payment from the UIF. Not even a cent. There where several of us retrenched al the other people got there money from UIF but not me. gave exactly all the same forms in as the other people but there is always something wrong with my claim.
