UIF not payed since April 2015

I app**** for UIF after i was retrenched in March 2015. I submitted all required documents, the office in Orlando first lost my documents. I then had to wait for a consultant to had taken a month's annual leave to come back, which i did.<br> But no one can tell me what is happening, why i have not received my payment?!<br> <br> I have sent numerous emails to the Manager Sipho Mthethwa but he never responds either, what is happening?<br> Have been to the Orlando branch every week but no one cares to tell me anything, they keep saying they will call me which they never do.<br> <br> What can i do to get my money?!
