UIF not paid - online system terrible!

I submitted my claim for UIF maternity benefits online. I added all my documentation only to get a message online to say that 'my claim was cancelled as the documentation was not provided'. I have followed up SO MANY times with the call centre staff who only can tell me that 'they can see what i see' and i must just wait a few MONTHS because perhaps it needs to be manually captured...i am already back at work and didnt receive any payout from UIF! Already the UIF system was terrible and i thought adding the online angle would be great. But actually it really sucks! its a terrible system and the call centre staff dont help at all.
