UIF not paid for two months

I recently got retrenched in August last year and I app**** for UIF. I received one payment in February this year and since been waiting for March and April payment. When logging in to my account I see payment done for both months but nothing in my bank account. I have tried sending emails to every email address they provided to no response. I am currently struggling to make ends meet and to feed my kids. I am living off donations from friends and community. I don't even have airtime to contact them nor money to visit their office. Please help me as soon as possible.
