UIF not paid

<p>I have app**** for my UIF on 18 May 2016, to date I keep on etting new sign dates and never a date for payiout. Everytime I go to the Labour center I am told either to submite UI19's or the scanned copies are not clear.</p> <p>I have sent several emails to H/O and no one seems to be able to assist me. I have even made calls to the assistant Director Dorothy Boikhutso who advised me that she is on sick leave but will attend to my complaint. To date, she has not come back to me. They kep on loosing documents and ask you to resubmit documents everytime you go back to sign. I app**** at Maponya Mall and upon signing every month and not having anymore taxi fare, I went Eldoradopark satelite branch. Upon going back to sign I was advised to bring 3 UI19's for Kelly/Sizano, as it was the only thing outstanding. Upon my return today 25 August 2016, I was advised that they need my IBM UI19. All theses documents were submitted and to date my claim in not complete. I even sent the forms to their H/O but still no response. H/Office telehpone just ringing no answer hence I'm not dure who to report to now as the PA's of Top Management do notshare our complaints with top management. </p> <p>Hellopeter, please help</p>
