Uif not paid

This is the most horrible experience ever .....My contract ended on the 16/03/2020 with my employer emediatly after I app**** for my uif online I than called in spoke to a consultant and the consultant said my ui19 is not there yet and I should not panic if my claim is rejected .I than called my employer to send my ui19 I than app**** again it said siyaya status approved I than did the continuation of benefits and it went to paymaster it is with the paymaster for two weeks and no number we call is working the toll free number takes you to covid19 claims when you call that number I have not paid rent and I have no food and depending on the UIF looks like they only making provision for the employed people and not the unemployed don't we also need money don't we also go hungry and don't we also have rent to pay having to be unemployed and knowing you are secure for a few months with your UIF now this it's unfair I'm hungry please pay my Uif .Kindly find my I'd number *** here is the case number when it said siyaya status approved ***
