Uif not assisting me after 3 paymends not received in bank

Hi What can i say and i hope that this will now be sorted out 3 payments 2 on 1 day has been payd to my bank account but there is nothing that shows its in nothing i phoned my bank and they told me there is no sign of it that its been payd in this better be sorted out cause im sick of others getting payd thousands of rands and its how long so i want intrust on it.
