UIF non paymrnt

I submitted my UIF claim on line, after being retrenched, in July 2020.

Since then I have called countless times, written countless times and resent the documents numerous times

The call centre staff are very friendly, efficient and professional and always promise to investigate but noting happens

Sometimes one even gets a reference number which seems to be meaningless as nothing ever happens

The progress noted on the UIF website states "sent to the Paymaster" but still nothing
