UIF non payment

Application for unemployment done on 4 March 2021 a year later and zero communication and zero payment since November 2021. Another week have passed. No communication from UIF, the paymaster closed my continuation of benefits, which usually means payment will happen..... But nothing! The Call centre have not received any feedback also and this is for enquiring for more than a year!
