UIF Non Payment

I submitted my UIF Claim last year in November, and to date have not received any confirmation of acceptance or payment. I have made numerous calls to the UIF contact centre, but all I keep getting is that it has been escalated, or it is waiting for the assessor to approve. Payment from salaries is taken off every month for UIF so that in the event of Retrenchment one can claim. Pathetic service from UIF. Beyond frustrated.
