UIF (NO PAYMENTS AFTER 68 DAYS OF WAITING)

Due to Covid I lost my job through retrenchement end of March 2020, i app**** via Ufiling for the UIF submitted my application on the 28th of May 2020, bear in mind that uif terms and conditions stipulates that within 15 business working days you will hear from them, till today i have not heard a word and today is the 17 of July 2020, the status of my application has since been "sent to assesor" ...I have tried to call on numerous occassions as opposed to going to the department of labour physically as i have two small kids of which are not allowed inside the labour premises, i have no money to get into town to file complaint let alone money to pay babysitter. It is my request that Tony Lamati the general manager attends to this query or i have my attorneys fight this battle for me
