UIF No payment no Assistance

Good day my name is Marlene Boshoff. My ID number is *** i am unemployed for 5 months. i battle and get nowhere i really need help and i can't keep on calling and still no answers. I really need help they asked me to open a new bank account as they can't do payments in Thymebank i did it but still no answers almost 6 months. I really don't know what to do anymore.
