UIF no payment form December 2021 to May 2022

Been Busy with UIF since December and no payment as yet. Last week was told everything is at paymaster. This week only my UI19 is on the system nothing else and I need need to update my detail. Received a email end of April that the my query was resolved but no payment or any other email of sms after that. 3 December started with UIF SMS 3 December Sent for Assessment 5 January Application Parked for outstanding Doc, did send them in December 10 January 2022 Request for payment Received processed in 5 working days 10 January 2022 Request for payment Received processed in 5 working days 10 January 2022 Sent for assessment 23 February 2022Processed and funds will be paid in 7 working days STILL WAITING FOR PAYMENT

Then all SMS stoped and when I phone it was stuck at Paymaster and then at the Assessor then Paymaster.
