Uif no payment at all.

I have been retrenched the end of January 2021. My UIF documentation was sent February 2021 via the link sent to me and I have aswel been in contact via email with Ntwanano Makgobela and CC'd many others I will not mention. Today has been my final nerve waiting. The contact centre is no help at all as they can only give you information which department is busy with my claim. And the department always seems to be at the Administration department. A ticket was opened in May 2021 and has still not been resolved. What is actually happening with our claims. This money we are all claiming for is money which has been deducted from our salaries each month. So who do we blame for not receiving our money back, who is robbing who???? I HATE THE FACT THAT NO TEAM LEADER EVEN CALLS YOU BACK TO APOLOGIZE. I have worked in a contact centre and to get issues resolved you fix the one account so that you know you can move on to the next one. THE REASON WHY THERE IS A BACK LOG ,IS OF ONE DEPARTMENT THAT DOESNT DO THEIR PART OF THE PROCESS.??????
