UIF Nelspruit office and Ufilling no help at all

I was retrenched in February 2020 and first tried to apply for it at Nelspruit offices. They were no help at all and ask for the same documents every time. Then in April, they told me to come back after the lockdown. So I turned to Ufilling. this is just another dead end. Even though the status on the system shows payment done I have to phone every 10 days just to be told if the money is not in my account in 10 days to phone again. I really don't know what to do anymore
