UIF needs to wake up All of them Learn or at least read the UIF law

I have made my UIF claim beginning of March an I am stil waiting?The only response that I het is that I have more than a 100 days of credit but because it is not a full 4 year cycle they can not help me?I email them daily even attaching the law that the president implemented that any credit days can be paid out.Can not attach anything here.They just refuse to help me.It is 4 months and I just do not know what to do?I can not live without money,I have rent to pay,family to look after?
